Bazaar @ the Sufi Festival
Friday 4th to Sunday 6th August 2006

We have reached our quota of stalls; we are no longer accepting any more applications. Thank you for all who applied.

Welcome to one of Scotland’s biggest intercultural festivals – Glasgow’s Sufi Festival – at Glasgow’s prestigious Tramway arts venue, birthplace of the Glasgow Mela (indoor and outdoor)

Standard Stall Size
The standard stall provided by us will be 3 metres by 3 metres with two tables, two chairs, lighting, and access to electricity.

Mobile Catering Units
Health & safety approved mobile stalls are acceptable.

Other Stalls
As the stall size on offer is a standard size, traders requiring larger covered stalls provided by us will need to negotiate a revised deal. Send in your booking form now, making clear you need more space.

You will be sent a confirmation of booking, with all the details of the agreement and nearer the event you will get a site plan showing your pitch.

Additional Financial Information
1. A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the charge is payable for all stalls at the time of confirmation of the booking. The balance is payable by 14 July if you are to benefit from the lower price. All stalls booked must be paid for in full before coming on site.
2. All booked stall rentals must be paid in full by 14 July or the stall may be reallocated to another trader/organisation on the waiting list, and the trader will forfeit the non-returnable first deposit.
